  We arrived in one piece, thats about it for the good points. Dreadful cramped flights between Manchester and Nairobi and similar on reutrn except with only one meal choise (allegedly fish), they lost our baggage on the way out, provided no assistance and its taken them 6 months to settle the claim. Their staff have variously lied and been terminally confused in their communication with us. If you can fly with someone else, do.
