  Due to inefficient lifts (often out of order) and the layout being unable to cope with crowd surges, expect to be forced to pay for 1 hour's stay even if you thought you has allowed enough time to get back to your car well with the 30 minutes. I had allowed 10 minutes to travel the 50 metres involved but due to the crowds and slow lifts I had to pay for 1 hours stay - my ticket showed I had stayed 32 minutes. When I complained to Heathrow Parking they simply didn't want to know and refused to issue a refund of the extra money I was forced to pay. Not good. Be warned. Daylight robbery I call it!!!!
